BizPilot AI is a business management service designed to help users organize business information, including sales, expenses, products, customers, debts, and reports.

The proposed company name is BizPilot Technologies LTD. That company has not yet been registered. Registration and business identification details will be added when available. Until then, this page must not be read as a claim that BizPilot Technologies LTD is an incorporated company.

By creating an account and expressly accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them when using BizPilot AI. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must have the authority to manage any business information you enter. If you use BizPilot AI on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business information you submit, including transaction amounts, stock quantities, customer details, and debt records.

BizPilot AI helps organize and calculate information based on available records. You should review entries, calculations, and reports before relying on them for important business decisions.

Do not submit information you are not authorized to collect, use, or share.

Features may be introduced, modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued as the service develops. Availability of specific messaging integrations and other features may vary.

We will aim to communicate material service changes appropriately. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will always be available.

Where AI-assisted features are available, generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify important information, including financial figures and transaction details.

BizPilot AI is a business management tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

You must not use BizPilot AI for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, interference with the service, or violations of another person's rights.

You must not attempt to compromise the security of the service or access another user's business records without authorization.

If paid plans are offered, the applicable price, billing period, and payment terms will be displayed before you purchase. This page does not create a payment obligation by itself.

Any cancellation or refund conditions for a paid plan must be presented with that plan and remain subject to applicable law.

Using BizPilot AI may involve processing account and business information. A separate Privacy Policy will explain the relevant data practices in greater detail before the service's commercial launch.

Optional integrations, such as messaging services, may also be subject to their providers' terms and privacy practices. We will identify relevant integrations as they become available.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.

You may be able to delete individual businesses through the service. Business deletion is intended to be permanent and may remove associated records. Review the confirmation carefully before proceeding.

We will take reasonable steps to operate and maintain the service, but errors and interruptions can occur. You should keep appropriate independent records and verify important transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as BizPilot AI develops, including when the proposed company is formally registered. We will update the date shown on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Where applicable law requires renewed consent, we will request it.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Cameroon, without overriding mandatory consumer or other legal protections.
